Art4Healing® Expressive Art Workshops support emotional healing for people of all ages who are living with stress, grief, fear, and pain. No art experience is needed. Workshops are offered by Tina Kolm, Certified Art4Healing® Facilitator. Expressive art is a tool for self-exploration—a way to give voice to feelings that may not yet have words. In each 2 hour workshop you will create 3 pieces of art in response to prompts designed to help you heal.
